All sales are final on special ordered merchandise, personalized merchandise, engraved merchandise, customized settings, necklaces, chains, or bracelets that have been sized, lengthened, or altered

Full refunds or exchanges will be made to any customer who presents merchandise within 21 days of purchase, in its original condition, and with the original sales receipt, packaging, and warranty.

Credit Card Refunds
Refunds for credit card purchases will be made to the credit card used for purchase.

Cash and Check Refunds
Refunds for cash and check purchases are mailed to the customer from the B-Man corporate office in Honolulu, within 2–3 weeks.

Special Orders
All sales are final for special orders, personalized and engraved merchandise, and on jewelry that has been sized or altered in anyway.

Please note that Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping is currently 3-4 weeks due to COVID. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We anticipate ramping up production and reducing shipping times to 1-2 weeks before the holidays.
